Space Management
- Devise a merchandise plan including but not limited to producing layout plans, shelf planogram for stores; that will optimise the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas;
- Use specialist computer software in developing the planograms and store lay-outs
- Work closely with design staff and operations department heads to decide how goods should be displayed d to maximise sales;
- Analyse every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colours or styles) and ensuring that they reach their full potential;
Category Management
- Devise long-term development strategies for product categories
- Analyse past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
- Analyse data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products
- Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility
- Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category
- Collaborate with Purchasing Department and merchandisers to expand product categories
- Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
- Develop alternative revenue streams from store displays and merchandising
Sales and Store Inventory Planning
- Plan product ranges and preparing initial stock plans in conjunction with results of market study
- Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate market date;
- Maintain awareness of competitors' performance;
- Monitor slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary;
- Gather information on customers' reactions to products;
- Analyse the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines;
- Identify production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise;
- Make financial presentations to senior managers;

A. Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course preferably Business related Course;
- Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred;
- With 5-10 years related experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industry, strong verbal and written skills in English,
- Ability to produce business reports and templates;
- With 5-10 years experience in People Management;
B. Competencies
- Have excellent communication skills and superb at customer interaction;
- Have excellent people management skills;
- With strong analytical thinking especially in handling sales, trade marketing and account management;
- Can work under pressure but with minimal supervision;
- Willing to work on extended work hours;
- Flexible, creative and can do multi tasking;
- With Driving Skills and valid Driver's License.
