Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Delivers program-specific training or Phase 1 training to newly hired employees of the company e.g. clinic procedures and protocols, clinic safety and maintenance, accountability and service protocols, and basic Nursing skills.
- Delivers continuance of training to clinic staff in operations or Phase 2 training specifically for Pharmacists, Nurses and Radiologic Technologists
- Coordinates with 3rd party training providers and conduct regular update meetingsIdentifies training needs based on current level performance and recommends training solutions to address them
- Creates instructional material for new hire and continuance training initiatives
- Completes all required reports that track clinic staff progress Attends periodic sessions with the Retail Operations Team to ensure calibration on program-related issues
- Conducts focus group discussions on specific challenges faced by the clinic staff while in the training class
- Ensures the proper implementation of policies and procedures of the Company Attends additional training sessions as required
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in any Allied Medical Field
- With at least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in Training and Development.
- Communicate effectively and maintain favorable public relations Comply with established ethical, moral, and legal standards
- Establish and maintain professional credibility
- Plan different instructional methods and materials
- Promote retention and transfer of knowledge and skills
- Manage the instructional process through the appropriate use of technology
- Strong customer service, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Must be willing to work in Cavite
