People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

Customer Service Operations professionals with the capability to lead and manage a team of 10~15 agents which includes people management, team management and process management. Additionally, the candidate needs to ensure the team is able to achieve a pre-defined SLA and Performance. It includes an analytics driven scorecard and reporting.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Experience in Customer Analytics and Modeling; Customer Service Assessment and Planning; Field Service - Call Center; Mediation / Data Collection; Order Management; Service Report Card and Metrics Development;
  • Minimal Bachelor or equivalent
  • 3 - 6 years of relevant experience

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
