- Develops and maintains a sense of ownership as it relates to the effective use of technology.
- Keeps current with the best practices with regards to IT support and operations.
- Manages and delivers the best IT support, enabling our valued Communiteam to operate at their peak potential.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- One year of experience in providing exceptional hands-on executive level support with a variety of end-user devices;
- Understands basic knowledge on network topology, switch, routers and wireless access point.
- Knows how to crimp LAN cables and basic hardware troubleshooting, such as replacing a motherboard of a CPU.
- Possesses the aptitude and determination to provide "above and beyond" support for the Acceler8 Communiteam in resolving problems with IT, laptop, printer, desktop and communications systems.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting demanding deadlines.
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Acceler8 Team Members.
