Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Sets up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Checks computer hardware (HDD, monitor, mouse units, keyboards, headsets, webcams, among others) to ensure functionality
- Performs diagnosis, and configure internet routers and switchers
- Must be familiar with the Win 7 OS.
- Must be able to detect the internet problems and resolve them with the ISPs if necessary.
- Troubleshoots and resolves problems—repairs or replaces parts, debugs, and others
- Reviews performance logs and monitors system performance
- Develops and maintains local networks in ways that optimize performance
- Ensures security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Provides orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Organizes and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
- Maintains records and logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedule
- Identifies computer or network equipment shortages and places orders
- Must purchase computer parts when needed
- From time to time, performs other tasks as instructed by the OB team
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
- Proven 2 to 3 years of experience as IT Specialist or other relevant positions
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
