Multimedia Design Specialist | For Pooling  

The Multimedia Design Specialist is responsible for creative execution of still and video materials for Global Content. Skills include video editing, post processing, still and motion graphic designs. He/She works closely with the Content Unit Head, Content Lead, Multimedia Producers and Multimedia Design Lead. The job of the multimedia designer requires imagination and creativity combined with technical expertise in applying a wide range of software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and brainstorms with Multimedia Producer, Multimedia Design Lead and Client for the design and visual treatment for assigned content project. Provides creative input for the overall look and feel of content to be featured.
• Edits video materials and does post-processing of videos for the segments/shows/programs assigned
• Coordinates with the Multimedia Producer for the chargen, title card and logo animation requirements of the project
• Submits the produced materials to Multimedia Design Lead for review and revisions before the material is submitted for Client/Multimedia Producer's final preview
• Designs title card and logo requirement of the project and the program, and submits the design the Client for approval and final preview
• Attends brainstorming meetings and presentations
• To do offline/online editing and 2D/3D motion graphics compositing of promo and media design campaigns for ABS-CBN Global channels and new media platforms (i.e. subscription's video on demand, pay-per-view, and internet protocol tv)
• To participate in the planning, production and coordination or promo and media design campaigns, promo and interstitial projects, as well as third party content providers
• To liaise with ABS-CBN Corp. and its subsidiaries over sharing of resources and facilities (i.e MAMS, CCM, News and Current Affairs, Events, etc.)
• To shoot video and photo as the need arises
