Security and Safety Officer  

SECURITY

• In charge of the overall supervision of the security guards
• Point person for the formulation of security training modules and actual conduct of training in coordination with HR.
• Lead investigator on all matters for investigation
• In charge of the overall security operation of ATEI
• Focal person for liason with Trinoma security, Bureau of Fire, Philippine National Police, National Bureau of Investigation and other government security agencies.
• Formulate and execute Crisis Management Plan and Emergency Management Plan of the Company in consultation with ABS-CBN Safety and Security division
• Responsible for the conduct of periodic security survey and audit.
• Maintains and monitors all security equipments, supplies and budget
• Supervise operation of the Security Operation Center and security systems
• Formulate and implement applicable policies and procedures relative to physical security, operation, personnel and information security
• Lead the Emergency Response Team

SAFETY

• Lead person for managing occupational accidents and illnesses in the company and conduct accident/incident investigation.
• Facilitate compliance of the company to environmental and safety legal statues and other requirements.
• Focal person for liason with APMC Fire Safety Officer, FBDC Fire Unit, Bureau of Fire, Rescue Units and Red Cross and CDRRMO.
• Responsible for conducting Hazard Identification Risk Assessment & Control (HIRAC) and implement necessary controls.
• Maintains and monitors all safety equipment, supplies and budget.

• Graduate of a four year course, preferably in the field of safety, security and protective services.
• 2-3 years experience in safety and security management.
