Radio Frequency Engineer  

The position will primarily work on Technical Feasibility Studies for DTT Network Distribution, working closely with the Frequency Planning Head and Frequency Planner counterpart. Assigned in the planning and design phase, this position will primarily work on pre-deployment equipment analysis, technology assessment, radio network planning, access planning, and interference analysis, demand planning, test and measurement of the equipment, and interfacing with the Technical Project Management Team. In the optimization stage, will supervise optimal network performance, KPI and network statistics analysis, and parameter optimization.

• Conduct Site Surveys in collaboration with the Technical Project Management Team.
• Conduct KPI trend analysis
• Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
• Support deployment of solutions by performing parameter audits and definition inconsistency checks
• Provide physical and soft network change recommendations, evaluate the impact
• Technical issue troubleshooting; troubleshoot test equipment issues
• Monitor network performance and configuration to ensure conformance with KPIs for the area
• Support the network planning process by providing field sensitive feedback on the network's current performance and operating quality conditions
• Assist technical project management team with organization setup, resource planning and tasks allocation; to setup RF work processes, ensure the network performance complies with contract
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of RF test and measuring instruments
• Perform installation and maintenance of digital TV transmitters

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in site surveys and technical feasibility studies from Telco, Broadcast companies and service engineering highly preferred
• Must possess excellent project management, site management communication, leadership, decision making and time management skills
