Deployment and Administration Specialist | Project based  

E-learning Course Deployment:

• Manage enrollment of targeted users to e-learning courses.
• Provide orientation, monitoring, and technical support to e-learning course enrollees.
• Perform deployment related to functions in the e-learning LMS (Learning Management System).
• Manage the catalogue and admin data of all documented learning sessions along with their supporting documents or materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding Succession and Career Development elearningprogram deliverables.
• Generate reports as required by the CDMS and Head of Succession and Career Development.
• Create branding collaterals for e-learning programs under SCD.

Administrative Support:

• Perform specialized administrative duties required to support SCD group, using discretion to make judgements based on operating guidelines.
• Support purchasing and contracting requirements for department, researching items and obtaining price quotes, requisitions, and management of supplies, receiving purchase orders, and other program delivery and budget related activities.
• Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of the unit.

• Proficient in MS Office software tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Able to operate basic office tools, including but not limited to computer, printer, photocopier, fax machine, and scanner.
