- Work with the Data Analysts of Customer Business Development to gain full and thorough understanding of the data of the different lines of businesses
- Supports the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Lead, business partners and stakeholders with the understanding of business and data requirements, and designs campaigns in IBM UNICA or SAS
- Execute and monitor campaigns created in IBM Unica or SAS using the different Marketing Channels identified
- Collate data relating to campaign performance and provide regular updates using SAS or UNICA
- Provide pre-campaign and post-campaign analysis for the campaigns
- Provide insights on better campaign execution and design based on analysis
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any related course
- Ideally, 1-2 years combined experience in data visualization, data mining, data analysis, and/or business intelligence/performance
- Strong experience in designing and presenting complex data sets in visually compelling formats using SAS
- Ideally with experience with extracting data from databases, ideally in an enterprise data warehouse and reporting platform
- Knowledge of IBM UNICA or related software is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel; SQL and statistics knowledge is a must
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
