  • Strategize, conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns to align with content and talent management strategies.
  • Ideate and plan content calendar for all social media accounts (YouTube, FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Ensures Social media team responds to web and SNS queries in a timely manner
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with ABS-CBN’s Sales and Marketing team to synergize campaigns that may also involve non- Adober Studios executions.
  • Coordinate with Content Development and Creator Development teams to stay updated on new content creators, original series, initiatives, and campaigns
  • Coordinates with different ABS-CBN units and leverage on ABS-CBN’s reach to help grow Adober creators
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Candidates must be a graduate of Marketing, IT, English, Communications, or any relevant degree or other relevant field.
  • With at least 5 solid years of related experience
  • Expected to drive Adober Studios’ marketing efforts on digital platforms and on traditional platforms.
  • Should be able to create products and executions to pitch and sell to clients.
  • Should be able to align Adober Studios content plan and verticals to appropriate platforms and brands.
  • Should also be able to identify situations and tent pole events wherein Adober Studios can take advantage of the hype to gain awareness and traction.
  • Proven work experience as a digital marketer and community management
  • Ability to identify and track and interpret platform analytics and engagement metrics
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent content writing skills
  • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, creating an event series and writing newsletters)
  • Knowledgeable in photo and video editing apps (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
