- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Intelligence and Customer Service Teams on Market and Product Research for the purpose of defining target market segments based on age, gender, location and interest and work with Product Manager to ensure product offering is enticing for each demographic
- Support on the Product Strategy Development (e.g. positioning, pricing, distribution, packaging)
- Support on providing a solid understanding of the projected costs of each campaign (e.g. research costs, development costs, marketing costs, etc.) by creating mathematical representations of all these factors
- Support on the development and delivery of tangible consumer benefits of TFC Online so it can compete with other video content providers in the global market. This can be performed by having a keen sense of awareness of market/industry trends and competition
- Assist in the development an proposal of overall product strategies, innovation and presentation of marketplace outcome projections
- Drive consumer intelligence through the development of external and internal lead sources that improve the business’ understanding of the market, competitor activities and consumer activities. These can be achieved with the use of research tools catering to Analytics (Google Analytics, Heat Maps (Hotjar), Session Replays (Hotjar), User Surveys (Survey Monkey), Customer Funnel Analysis, A/B Testing (Optimizely), etc.

- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Product Development and Analytics
- With strong background on data analytics
- With background on product development
- With familiarity of ABS-CBN Content / Properties
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and subscription-commerce space
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, GOMS, SAS Visual Analytics, Google Analytics, CMS, Hotjar, Survey Monkey
- Strong writing skills to create reports about target markets and product opportunities
- Strong business sense and have the ability to translate complex market research data into manageable and useful marketing suggestions
- Willing to work beyond regular office hours and travel to the different regions, when required
