The Translator for Subtitling Operations is in-charge of providing the English subtitles of identified ABS-CBN programs.
- Translates programs from Filipino to English for subtitling purposes
- Proofreads subtitles prior to submission
- Coordinates and meets with Superior for assignments, machine schedules and deadlines
- Handles administrative tasks assigned by superior
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must be a graduate of Mass Communication, Creative Writing, Journalism, Literature or any related course preferred
- Flexible and can work with minimum supervision
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Keen with details
- Willing to work in shifts and long hours
- Fellowship/attendance in a creative writing workshop an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in basic computer operations
- Must undergo the Caption Maker training
- Must pass the Translation Exam
- Must be willing to accept a consultancy-based employment
