The position is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design works of all projects under schematic, development design, and final contract document preparation. This includes, but not limited to:
- Setting standards on all projects under planning stage, ensuring compliance to regulatory, industry and company standards
- Supervision of all mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection planning and design development to final contract document requirements
- Participation in value engineering exercises
- Participation in full implementation of document contorl process, ensuring complete documentation of plans and approvals or revisions/ changes
- Scheduling of project planning timelines in relation to project requirements, setting targets of planning completion and deliverables
- identification of departmental needs and areas for process improvement, whenever necessary
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Mechanical Engineering with ample experience in mechanical, plumbing and fire protection planning and design in vertical, housing and land development projects.
- Background in project planning and supervision and construction methodologies is required
- Background in cost estimation, project planning, and management is an advantage
- Good self-esteem, can do multi-tasking, and computer literate in CAD and MS Office applications
