- The position is responsible for assisting in the implementation of retention initiatives such as preparing HR metrics/dashboard, participating in the policy development, and gathering of data for compensation studies.
- Responsible for leading the personnel in the proficient use of HR Systems, and serving as the functional area's first line technical support for basic operations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Management/Business Administration/Psychology/Human Resource Development
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Preferably with experience in Oracle or other HR systems
- Willing to be based in Cebu
- One (1) full-time position available
