Human Resources Supervisor  

The position supports the business partner in providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business. The position helps ensure proper implementation of labor relations, engagement and other strategic HR initiatives in AP Corp.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the business partner in helping Team Leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
• Supports the Team Leaders in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy
• Implements appropriate employee training and manages its delivery
• Assists Team Leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards
• Assists in implementation of long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic leadership agenda
• Provides guidance and support to ensure that engagement and culture initiatives are effectively implemented
• Implements employee discipline process in compliance to code of discipline
• Acts as a liaison between the department and HR to ensure HR services are aligned with internal client needs

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in human resources
• Experience in a leadership role
• Experience in implementing projects and initiatives
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any 4-year course

• Business Acumen
• Understanding of the link between talent and other HR initiatives and business strategy
• Significant knowledge of HR policies, processes, and talent management practices
• Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
