Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Will work closely with contracts lawyers, team leaders, and other lawyers outside of contracts team and other paralegal
- Prepare, edit and proofread documents
- Assists the lawyer in corpoate housekeeping work for assigned Aboitiz Group companies
- Prepares and send Board Meetings Minutes and Annual Strockholders Meeting Minutes
- Ensures timely preparation for Annual SEC Submissions of General Information Sheets, Periodic reports, Quarterly reports and regular reports
- Issues Corporate Secretary Certificates and other certifications
- Networks with government agencies esp. SEC and PSE for various corporate requirements

- Bachelor's Degree preferably Journalism, AB English, Economics
- Preferably worked as a paralegal from law firm or corporate
