HR Business Support Officer  

The HR Business Support Officer is responsible for the quality assurance delivery of HR services across the group by overseeing the compliance of HR service commitments and by managing equity of HR service rates.

Key Responsibilities include:

Financial Management

• Developing and maintaining HR Chargeback billing scheme
• Monitoring and reporting variances by preparing monthly P&L Report
• Properly charging AEV teams for various HR services, and submitting all billings to accounting for validation
• Ensuring all account receivables are collected within 90 days of the issue by year-end

Service Level Management

• Updating the list of services to be provided by HR and its associated costs
• Monitoring the compliance of HR teams with the agreed commitments in the SLA
• Act as the POC for any concerns regarding HR SLA and rates

Team Scorecard

• Preparing Team Scorecard to quantify the success of HR initiatives and assisting in the Team presentation
• Preparing a year-end summary of the HR financials

Talent Analytics

• Monitor and update the Talent Analytics Templates
• Track various HR metrics across the group
• Perform quality control checks on Business Units' data
• Prepare HR Statistics for reporting

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree preferably on Psychology or Statistics
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the field of statistical methods and analysis is required for this position
• Must have above average proficiency in all active MS-based software
• Knowledgeable in methods and sampling used in Statistics, Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis
• Must have a strong knowledge of mathematics and basic knowledge of accounting and finance
• Participation in training and seminars relevant to the job is highly desirable
• Preferably Supervisor / 4 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees.
