- Ensuring productivity targets are met by the Branch Employees.

- Output-oriented work habits; achieve good results
- With supervisory skills to implement compliance of the SOP in the assigned branch
- Willing to travel once a month to Metro Manila to attend the monthly forum
- Preferably based on the locality
