- Receive requests from departments
- Canvass from various supplier quotation and get costing for comparison and references
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers
- Get the best deal for the company- the highest quality goods and services at the lowest cost
- Manage Purchase Orders and maintain records
- Monitor purchase orders to ensure that suppliers comply with delivery time and item specification
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact suppliers when there are discrepancies
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance
- Answer and route phone calls
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any 4-year Business course
- With at least 1-2 years related exposure in accounting functions
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and can work well under pressure
