Junior Art Director  

We are looking for an individual who can conceptualize and execute marketing ideas to compelling and world class visual designs. The Jr. Art Director has to be capable of creating top-line rich media/digital campaigns, which push the boundaries, passion for solving business challenges through innovative creative design.

Duties and responsibilities

• Create and execute all interactive media.
• Develop and implement unique, creative, and innovative concepts and design strategies.
• Deliver client branding, experience, and messaging across all digital properties –mobile apps marketing, digital brands, online communications, and rich media ads.
• Demonstrate consistent ability to monitor own work product, eliminating errors before advancing to review by others.
• Provide careful attention to the work of others throughout the design process, to eliminate errors prior to completion.
• Align creative designs with client strategy.

• Degree in Graphic Arts, Multimedia Arts, or any equivalent course.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Interactive, Web, and Mobile Design background is a big plus.
• Mac platform proficiency.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Enthusiastic spirit and willingness to learn and grow.
• Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and able to thrive in deadline-driven environment.
• MUST have a portfolio to present.
