Our growing company is seeking a Sales Development Representative to play a full-time role on our team. We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who are excited to contribute to our company's growth. This role will require you to demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and the ability to provide analysis and support to our global sales team. You will help the sales team qualify leads, moving them into and through the sales funnel, and setting up sales qualified appointments. A successful candidate will report to the Manager of Sales Development with an opportunity to grow responsibilities if you exhibit talent, commitment, and success.

Job Description:

  • Research and generate new client business and setup well-qualified sales meetings
  • Create, prioritize, and qualify strategic prospect client lists within a defined territory
  • Manage daily outreach emails and implement systematic methods to maximize efficiency and scale of efforts
  • Manage and organize CRM tool
  • Manage multiple sales projects simultaneously
  • Participate in all internal sales meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and provide progress updates to the sales team and upper management
  • Research trends in the industry that impact your customer base
  • Continually build understanding and knowledge of mobile advertising ecosystem, clients' business, and competitive environment to contribute informed strategic and creative ideas
  • The role will closely work with a team in EST timezone and will require flexibility in work hours

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • B.A. Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
  • Native English speaker and writer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident in developing new client relationships
  • Can demonstrate analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Has understanding of different sales techniques
  • Unflappable personality with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
  • Passion to succeed and over-achieve within a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience, flexibility, and eagerness to constantly learn and try new approaches
  • Excellent skills in Google Sheets, Slides, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Able to grasp new software quickly and efficiently.
  • Problem solver with the ability to "think outside the box."
  • Passion for the digital marketing industry
  • 1-2 years experience in the same field
