Project Manager  

Planning

• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; develop methods to monitor project or areas progress and collaborates with MANCOM
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
• Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly with clients to determine the needs and develop plans for improving delivery.
• Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.

Implementation

• Ensure that project is executed in accordance to the project plan.
• Ensure that personnel files are properly maintained and kept confidential
• Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project
• Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
• Documents and secure all project information based on security standards of the company
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

• Thorough understanding of project management phases techniques and tools.
• Computer literacy in word processing and database management.
• Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
• Possess critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills specially in terms of conveying clear goals and objectives; produces clear status reports
• Effective listener and clarifies information as needed
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience of the same nature
