About the Role: As a Content Development Senior Analyst, you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities: 

• Design and Development of Effective Learning Content using appropriate delivery methods
• Designing curriculum, content outline and storyboards, applying appropriate multimedia learning methodologies considering scalability, delivery requirements and limitations
• Revise modules or create new material based on pre/post test results, faculty and learner feedback

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Must be College Graduate.
• Must have at least 3 years content creation/content development experience
• Must have basic knowledge of project management as resource will be communicating with internal clients on training requirements until completion including setting up of rooms, venues, etc.
• Amenable to report in Mandaluyong, BGC Taguig, Quezon City or Muntinlupa City
