Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop deep knowledge of at least one specific recruitment channel and manage relationships
- Collaborate with other Recruitment experts to gain a better understanding of resource planning process and recruiting demand, marketing messages and provide input where applicable
- Keep abreast of external marketplace and industry trends and provide information to the recruitment team
- Communicate with vendors; participate in negotiations and prepare decisions.
- Act as an ambassador for the company in the marketplace
- Contribute to the identification and analysis of potential opportunities to develop new sources/channels
- Responsible for generating a consistent flow of resumes to the recruitment team to execute sourcing plan and meet recruitment targets.
- Ensure that complete candidate information is forwarded to the Recruitment Team or Candidate Management Team
- Organize and participate in recruitment events
- Report on status, effectiveness and quality of specific sourcing channels
- Update Sourcing systems and tools
- Participate in strategic projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment/sourcing planning
- With experience in recruiting Japanese or other bilingual candidates
- JLPT certification is a plus
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Willing to work overtime, on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and to travel
