- Liaise with the building administrative personnel for the needs of the office
- Ensure that the office facilities and equipment are functioning well
- Ensure adequate office and pantry supplies at all times
- Book airline tickets, shuttle service for guests/employees, manage hotel reservations
- Handle general office procurement
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned by management

- A graduate of a 4-year business course
- Relevant work experience of 1-2 years
- Preferably with experience reporting directly to a foreigner.
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Filipino.
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to do multi-tasking and prioritize tasks
- Pleasing personality
- Preferably lives near Bonifacio Global City
