The Compliance Technical Specialist’s main responsibility is to ensure compliance by the company with all government reporting & filings (SEC, BOI, BIR, SSS, etc.). As a secondary role, he/she will also assist the Finance Head with the Financial process from recording to reporting.
- Submit governmental filings on time
- Keep abreast of latest governmental rulings for compliance by the company and inform management of new rulings
- Liaise with government agencies for matters related to compliance
- Keep and maintain an orderly and systematic filing of documents re governmental submissions
- Prepare and record promptly journal entries related to governmental filings/payments
- Assist the Finance Head and serve as Finance Head back up
- Other tasks that may be assigned by management

Minimum requirements:
- Graduate of Accountancy
- Requirement: CPA
- 3-4 years’ relevant experience
- Abreast of the different government rulings and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
