Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for compliance to all FDA and DOH regulations.
- Ensures that all licenses, certificates, registrations and permits are up to date and valid.
- Coordinate with ACJ’s merchandisers on quality issue of FDA and DOH regulated products.
- Coordinate with ACJ’s merchandisers and suppliers in the preparation of Product Information File. Analyze the root cause of the issue/complaint so that proper counter measures are implemented.
- Assists in checking packaging material, product labels, and artworks of FDA and DOH regulated products.
- Assists in the formulation of CAPA for product returns and customer complaints.
- Assists in the formulation of company procedures and work instructions pertaining to FDA and DOH regulated items.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Ensures that products are properly labeled to prevent shipping errors.
- Diagnoses and evaluates the QC system and recommend regulations and guides to improve such.
- Works to prevent problems related to product liability and establish a system to handle problems related to such.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BS Pharmacy graduate. Licensed.
- At least 1 year experience in QC and processing of documents to FDA and DOH. Preferably experienced in food supplements, drugs and/or cosmetics.
- Experiences in handling multiple tasks with competing deadlines and coordination in multiple levels.
- Excellent level of communication skill.
- Basic MS Office applications but Intermediate in MS Excel.
- Good English language comprehension.
- Applicants must be willing to work in BGC and Pasig City
