Team Lead (Email Support) | in-house Makati Start-up

What would be your immediate role?
This isn’t a pioneer account. This is a pioneer company. We expect you to lead your team to achieve quality and quantity KPIs. We want you to be proactive and effectively manage your team’s performance and the administrative side of being a lead.

What would be your future role?
We will grow aggressively next year so there will be a lot of opportunities. You will be expected to build the customer service team, develop all processes, develop new customer service teams.

• 1 year experience as a team lead/supervisor/manager
