Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Serves the general public by selling park entrance tickets.
- Responsible for cash management by accurately recording all financial transactions.
- Accounts for any and all monetary funds on site.
- Ensures appropriate turnover of accountabilities regarding financial transactions during the day.
- Opearates a POS and/or credit card equipment.
- Ensures customer service and general area cleaning.
- Supports marketing and promotional projects as they arise.
- Processes ticket orders via online sales.
- Distributes literature to park guests and anwers questions in response to inquiries.
- Closes ticket office.
- Strictly adheres to all of the company’s administrative policies and procedures.
- Performs such other duties and functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably female.
- At least a College graduate.
- With sales experience is a plus.
- With the following skills:
- Solid customer service.
- Good communication.
- Good interpersonal.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge in first-aid is a plus.
- Team player.
