Project Coordinator / Manager | IT | Creative  

We are looking for highly agile project coordinators (project managers) with background in multimedia arts or IT to handle account and project management.

• Manage multiple clients and projects related to web development, multimedia arts, digital marketing, and etc.
• Participate in account management - sellling and upselling activities.
• Perform systems analysis and project scoping.
• Prepare critical path schedule for projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Improve internal processes related to project management and operations.
• Collaborate with various project stakeholders (clients, developers and designers) to ensure expectations and responsibilities are aligned.
• Lead regular project meetings with clients, developers and designers.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure all requirements are met before project turnover to client.
• Write technical documentation and lead client trainings related to service deployed.
• Attend to client calls outside office, as necessary.
• Participate in pitches to brands, as necessary.

• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Has passion in digital multimedia arts or web development.
• Has strong problem solving skills and a very strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized.
• Comfortable talking with clients and doing presentations.
• Able to translate technical information in layman’s terms.
• Able to multitask and can gracefully handle pressure.
• Able to translate technical information in layman’s terms.
• Willing to learn high level technical processes.
• Willing to work in Makati.

Preferred but not required qualifications:

• 1 year + relevant work experience are preferred. However, fresh graduates with above average academic standing are welcome to apply.
• Applicants with experience in managing projects and/or using project management softwares are preferred.
• Knowledge in using Wordpress.
• Course: Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Arts, Multimedia Arts, Computer Applications, Business Management, or Marketing.
