Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop the Recruitment Strategy
- Consult with the recruitment team and Manager to formulate the activities and initiatives for the recruitment strategy.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy accordingly.
- Candidate Sourcing
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment.
- Build networks to find qualified candidates.
- Post openings in different channels and search engines, coordinate with universities and attend job fairs and campus recruiting events as deemed necessary.
- Candidate Hiring
- Coordinate with relevant parties for the hiring of the candidate.
- Ensure that the candidate accomplishes the pre-employment requirements
- General Responsibilities
- Update recruitment reports on a weekly basis.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Possess considerable interpersonal skills.
- Preferably displays practiced knowledge of psychological assessment in the industrial setting.
- Experience in BPO Hiring
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati.
