	<li>Oversee the company's information systems and technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.</li>
	<li>Ensure that systems and processes are efficient, secure, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.</li>
	<li>Develop and implement policies and procedures for information systems and technology, ensuring compliance with the company's policies.</li>
