	<li>The Human Resources Manager for Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding shall be in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing recruitment strategies and employee onboarding processes.</li>
	<li>To fulfill the hiring requirements in the company, he/she shall be responsible in managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, talent identification, screening, assessment, selection, and placement.</li>
	<li>The Manager for Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding shall also be in-charge of the seamless onboarding of successful candidates, including the coordination of the conduct of performance assessments during their probationary period up to regularization.</li>
	<li>Sets the direction, develops and improves the talent acquisition/recruitment services and onboarding process</li>
	<li>Prepares and communicates information to management; Proposes and presents plans on HR talent acquisition/recruitment strategies and onboarding programs</li>
	<li>Develops efficient and sustainable talent acquisition plans and strategies</li>
	<li>Designs, plans and executes the entire selection/screening processes</li>
	<li>Performs analysis of manpower needs and provides hiring forecasts</li>
	<li>Acts as an escalation point to internal stakeholders for all recruiting-related issues, challenges, and concerns</li>
	<li>Implements/conducts new employee orientation (NEO) activities.</li>
	<li>Manages or facilitates necessary documentations (manual and system-based) for new employees, including processing of work resource/material requirements</li>
	<li>Monitors/checks the conduct of the probationary performance assessments of new hires, as well as facilitates the proper implementation of employment regularization requirements</li>
