	Manage bill dot com inbox for 3 entities. Code 50+ daily vouchers and route for approval to sync with QBO.
	</li>
	<li>
	Leads the month-end closing process.
	</li>
	<li>Managing the accounts payable function that may or may not include performing the duties of an Accounts Payable Officer</li>
	<li>Ensuring the team's work is accurate and invoices are approved for payment using the correct process</li>
	<li>Ensuring the team is allocating purchase order numbers (if applicable) and resolving any issues</li>
	<li>Managing the resolution of issues escalated from team members</li>
	<li>Managing the employee expense claims process</li>
	<li>Planning and execution of the vendor payment runs</li>
	<li>Ensuring credit notes are processed accurately</li>
	<li>Managing the accuracy of the vendor database</li>
	<li>Reconciliation of supplier statements, credit cards, etc.</li>
	<li>Generating journals for month-end reporting</li>
	<li>Ongoing improvements to the accounts payable process</li>
	<li>Manages and trains accounts payable coordinators.</li>
	<li>Hire and onboard accounts payable coordinators.</li>
	<li>Ensures payments are made accurately and on time.</li>

What you'll do

<ul>
	<li>Drafts and/or reviews various corporate legal forms, such as secretary's certificates, board resolutions, affidavits, certifications, deed of sale, special powers of attorney, release, waiver and quitclaims etc.;</li>
	<li>Helps the Corporate Legal in facilitating monthly Board meetings of the company and its corporate clients through sending notices to the Board of Directors and their secretaries, processing of per diems of BODs, coordinating directly with presenters and other service providers;</li>
	<li>Attends Board Meetings for the purpose of assisting the Corporate Legal in taking down minutes, and assisting with the requirements of all members of the Board during such meetings;</li>
	<li>Drafts Minutes of Board meetings for submission to the Corporate Legal;</li>
	<li>Reviews and assists in preparing template contracts such as contracts of lease, service agreements, construction agreements;</li>
	<li>Organizes reportorial requirements of the company before government agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Intellectual Property Office, Department of Trade and Industry, etc.;</li>
	<li>Drafts yearly compliance documentary requirements in connection with the company's annual external audit;</li>
	<li>Drafts and submit documentary requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission, for the incorporation of new corporations, or for amendments of existing corporate papers;</li>
	<li>Communicates with SEC’s appropriate offices to ensure release of transaction documents such as Certificates of Incorporation; Certificates of Amendments and Certificates of Good Standing;</li>
	<li>Attends hearings/mediation proceedings before administrative agencies, such as the Department of Trade and Industry, etc., as may be required by the Corporate Legal.</li>

	<li>Reply to all reviews received via different Online Travel Agency (OTA) websites like Booking(dot)com, Agoda, etc.</li>
	<li>Assist handling and tracking crises and complaints online</li>
	<li>Proactively report critical issues to appropriate departments and key officers</li>
	<li>Improve messaging structure of The Astoria Group accounts for efficient communication</li>
	<li>Perform review audits and competitive analyses from other community management efforts</li>
	<li>Monitor overall performance of the brand's social media pages and online listings</li>
	<li>Generate reports from OTA data and compile information into a presentation </li>
	<li>Help the team in the development of original digital content </li>
