Summary 

Updates the weekly monitoring for the parcels that receive every day, checks the hardcopy of the reimbursements, prepare reimbursements journal entries during pre-close, forward the vouchers for the payment and softcopy of reimbursement, BIR 2307 form and input vat relief template to the tax team for the EWT and INPUT VAT report.

Duties and Responsibilities

<ol>
	<li>Receives the reimbursement coming from region；</li>
	<li>Updates the monitoring after receiving the parcels every day；</li>
	<li>Checks the AWB folders and download the soft copy files in the Google drive link；</li>
	<li>Updates the region for the daily monitoring；</li>
	<li>Checks the Approval Request of regions for on calls and rewards reimbursement；</li>
	<li>Checks the hardcopy of every reimbursement received by HQ from the region；</li>
	<li>Edits the details in the softcopy and other payable entry in the system, generate the vouchers before monthly closing of accounting books;</li>
	<li>Encodes, approves the asset tagging and generates the fixed asset voucher for fixed asset clearing account-reimbursement；</li>
	<li>Makes a reversal entry for deferred input vat and will handle the input vat relief template of reimbursement team；</li>
	<li>Monitor the petty cash balance of each region;</li>
	<li>Sends the edited soft copy files per regional summary as well as the one copy of original BIR 2307 form to the Tax team for EWT monitoring;</li>
	<li>Sends the vouchers to Treasury team for payment of the reimbursement of the region；</li>
	<li>Makes the Reconciliation report;</li>
	<li>Makes balancing of Handle Reimbursement every month end.</li>

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviews proposals and contract requirements.

Ensures that construction costs are accurately estimated and that targets are met.

Ensures that schedules are met and system performance is not compromised by organizing activities and monitoring the performance of the General Contractor and other subcontractors.

Identifies construction risks and prepares action plans to mitigate exposure and discusses it with the contractors and the project team.

Coordinates schedule needs and assures that construction activities meet material delivery dates.

Assist leading constructability review meetings to determine the most cost effective construction methods (e.g. shop assembly vs. field labor) and work with the General Contractor to resolve open issues and recover or avoid any additional costs that might be incurred due to changes.

Assist in providing timely, accurate, concise written and verbal communication on the status of the contract to the Management and the project team.

Assist in managing and providing direction to the Site Construction Supervisor and other Field Service staff.

Manages construction finances (review and approve Contractor invoices and initiate Customer invoice process).

Creates and/or improves construction processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and provide a best-practice standard for future construction work.

Assist in the processes project bids; institutes contracts; and manages cost controls to keep the project within budget
