	Spearhead the design and modernization of a unique, innovative and forward-thinking Bachelor’s Degree Program in Computer Science (CS)/ Entertainment and Multimedia Computing (EMC)

	<li>Update NSTP 1 Syllabus, NSTP 2 Syllabus, NSTP 1 Modules, and NSTP 2 Modules when necessary and without compromising its learning design</li>
	<li>Sustain existing projects under the CWTS Track and LTS Track, explore new partnerships for new track projects under the CWTS Track and LTS Track, and run short-term projects using the program’s development and pedagogical frameworks</li>
	<li>Disseminate and communicate community-related activities to the Academics team</li>
	<li>Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations to ensure that NSTP materials are compliant and fully aligned with the CIIT community development programs</li>

	<li>Provide general assistance to all student related concerns and clearances during the enrollment period.</li>

	<li>Develop and implement together with the SFS Manager, special campus events including, but not limited to, national and international day celebrations, commemorations, etc.</li>

<ul>
	<li>Develop a Guidance Program in accordance with SFS and the Academic Department’s objectives</li>
	<li>Deliver the different guidance services such as counseling, testing, inventory, information, placement, evaluation and research, and group guidance as needed by the students</li>
	<li>Prepare intervention programs for students who have been referred to the Guidance Center for further assessments and evaluation</li>
	<li>Prepare yearly guidance modules that regularly meets the needs and concerns of the student body</li>
	<li>Evaluate students’ abilities and interests through aptitude assessments and interviews ;</li>
	<li>Administer psychological tests to students and other school personnel as the need arises</li>
	<li>Identify school issues that affect students’ academic performance</li>
	<li>Collaborate with teachers, administrators and parents regarding student issues</li>
	<li>Conducts learning seminars or brainstorming sessions on school-related issues and career planning</li>
	<li>Ensure an updated information / report of each student on file and in the Centralized Student Database or existing database system in place</li>
	<li>Assist the Admissions Office in administering entrance examinations and group testing;</li>
	<li>Refer possible cases of mental health disorders to partner Psychological clinics</li>
