Job Title: Training Assistant

Job Summary:

The Training Assistant will work closely with the Training Manager to organize and coordinate training programs for employees. The assistant will support the delivery of training sessions through administrative, logistical, and operational support. Additionally, the Training Assistant will keep records of employee training, track progress, and provide reports to the Training Manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Assist in the development of training programs and materials</li>
	<li>Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including room bookings, audiovisual equipment, and catering</li>
	<li>Manage participant registration and attendance records</li>
	<li>Prepare training materials, such as handouts, presentations, and training manuals</li>
	<li>Provide technical support during training sessions, including setting up and troubleshooting equipment as needed</li>
	<li>Assist employees with online learning management systems, including course registration and completion tracking</li>
	<li>Update training records and reports, and manage training data for employee records</li>
	<li>Continuously provide feedback to the Training Manager on program effectiveness and areas for improvement</li>
