About the Position

<ul>
	<li>Spearheads and manages the Legal Department of assigned region</li>
	<li>Handles all legal-related issues and concerns of the Company's branches in Northwest Luzon Region</li>
	<li>Reviews contracts entered into by the Company which include Lease Contracts, Service Agreements, Security Agency Contracts, etc.</li>
	<li>Represents the Company in Labor, Criminal and Civil cases in any administrative agencies or trial courts</li>
	<li>Directs external counsels on actions and decisions that should be taken by the Company</li>
	<li>Monitors Company's permits and government-related compliance</li>
	<li>Acts as primary point of contact for government relations</li>
	<li>Files cases for and in behalf of the Company</li>
	<li>Recovers shortages of erring employees</li>
	<li>Monitors, reviews and approves disciplinary action process of erring employees</li>
	<li>Reviews and approves Company policies, memoranda</li>
	<li>Supports the Human Capital Management in educating employees on Company’s Code of Discipline and Labor Standards</li>
	<li>Performs other tasks related to the region's goal as directed by the RGM.</li>

Actively prepares and implements a meaningful discussion about relevant disease patient and product details with HCPs to make them fully informed about how Distriphil products can benefit the patient.

Analyzes, plans and implements business planning activities in his assigned territory in order to build and grow the Distriphil business.

Implements marketing-driven programs to targeted HCPs in order to create or sustain company and brand awareness and usage and build trust and confidence on the safety and efficacy of our brands.

Maintains professionally balanced relationships and upholds the Distriphil values in all interactions with HCPs and other external stakeholders.

Constantly learns and updates himself with knowledge of the Distriphil brands disease relevant to the brands and external market factors to be more credible and value adding to HCPs
