As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the residential rooftop solar market. This entails developing various revenue channels, business models and innovative products that bring long-term value and accelerate the advent of the Company's mission. The key responsibilities include:

	<li>Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the residential rooftop solar industry. Analyze customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform product development and marketing strategies.</li>
	<li>Business Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.</li>
	<li>Channel and Ecosystem Development: Identify and qualify new business channels, building strategic collaboration with financial institutions, horizontal developers, and other verticals to build an ecosystem in which the company can thrive.</li>
	<li>Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and relevant industry partners. Maximize cross-selling opportunities and tactical collaboration.</li>
	<li>Proposal Development: Work closely with the operations, marketing, legal and finance teams to create customized proposals that address the unique needs of each channel and preserve the best interests of the company.</li>
	<li>Reporting and Storytelling: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business development strategies. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Paint a clear picture of challenges, progress and opportunities.</li>
