Structural BIM Modeler

Work Set up: Hybrid Work Setup | Angeles City, Pampanga

Work Shift: Monday to Friday (8 hours) Saturday (4 hours)

Job Purpose: The BIM Modeler is responsible for providing support in the various BIM modeling tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>In charge of the construction of 3D models and preparing drawings using REVIT software.</li>
	<li>Updating the 3D model in accordance with latest information is necessary to ensure accuracy of shop drawings.</li>
	<li>Collaborate and Coordinate with other discipline’s design-changes and model challenges.</li>
	<li>Prepare BIM models to communicate, aid visualization and make informed decisions based on the design changes.</li>
	<li>Produce and check structural rebar shop drawings to ensure details are in line with the design criteria and specifications.</li>
	<li>Produce structural layout and detailed shop drawings for civil and structural engineering works in accordance with design criteria and specifications.</li>
	<li>Perform clash detection.</li>
	<li>Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria</li>
	<li>Follow BIM content standards and development procedures</li>
	<li>Ensure proper documentation of all drawings.</li>
	<li>Ensure modeling quality control.</li>
	<li>Perform any other duties as and when as assigned.</li>
