	<li>Shall assist in training, development and on the job coaching of the sales team and groom a high-performing sales team</li>
	<li>Motivate sales team to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients.</li>
	<li>Participate in management meetings to review department’s progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual strategic business plan related for the department</li>
	<li>Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and guests’ comments and suggestions in order to be proactive and adapt with business needs</li>
	<li>Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned</li>
