	<li>Responsible for effective performance of the functions of all front office sections</li>
	<li>Ensures that all VIP rooms are inspected and informs Housekeeping/Engineering regarding maintenance and repair.</li>

	<li>Preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecast</li>
	<li>Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and perform routine operational checks.</li>
	<li>Conduct regular operations team meeting to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.</li>
	<li>Assess and review customer satisfaction and service recovery process.</li>
	<li>Monitor and maintain operation &amp; overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the Resort.</li>
	<li>Develop, maintain and manage relationships with Government authorities, vendors and suppliers</li>
	<li>Administering effective security processes and maintaining legally required health and safety procedures.</li>
	<li>Excellent revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&amp;L's and forecasting.</li>
