The company started as the Union Steel Plant Division of Bacnotan Cement Industries, Inc. (Bacnotan), a pioneer in the Philippine Cement Industry. This job is responsible for project designs, cost estimates, project supervision, and other technical services necessary in the generation of sales of all company products and services following established policies and guidelines.

Job Scope:
