Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares and makes the necessary entries in the books to record transactions
- Performs regular closing of all books of accounts
- Prepares and generates the period-end trial balance, financial statements and other reports of the company and its branches
- Performs monthly reconciliation between the balances of the general accounts and their corresponding subsidiary records and reconciliation of accounts with its branches
- Prepares monthly schedule of certain general accounts as necessary
- Prepares and calculates billing statements, coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records
- Processes requisitions, payments receipts and other necessary accounting activities, which may include sales invoicing and collections
- Reports directly to the Accounting Head
- Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a Bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in accounting is required
- Preferably with previous working experience in the field of bookkeeping, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
- Experience in SAP system is an advantage
- With initiative to learn and absorb new knowledge and skills
