Home Matters is looking for Sales Executives who will be responsible in managing the sales opportunities of the company by establishing, developing, and sustaining clients to meet or exceed sales targets. Preferred candidates are those with at least 2 years of experience in sales position.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve maximum sales profitability by executing strategies to sell the company’s products
• Assist walk-in clients
• Draft quotations and process client transactions
• Continuously build a referral and client database
• Collaborate with the Design team and management to understand customer requirements, to effectively promote company products, and provide sales support.
• Provide excellent customer service

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Background in furniture industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be customer-service oriented, adaptable and flexible and willing to do field work
• Must know how to use a computer and operate MS Office Programs
• Must be willing to work on weekend, shifting schedule and holidays
• Innovative, resourceful, multitasker, and can handle pressure
