This position mission is to manage Desk Collection team. As the senior manager, to be the leader to propose and implement improvements process and responsible for performance and quality of the team to ensure targets are achieved. This will cover:

• Manage daily operations, reporting and system for all Desk Collection team to monitor every activity is running properly and all reporting is delivered within Service Level Agreement
• Proposes new ideas to Head of Desk Collection to improve business process in desk area
• Monitor and review team performance and create strategy to ensure Desk Collection team meet their targeted result
• Setting up Assistant Manager Key Performance Indicator and ensure them align with business and department requirements and/or targets
• Propose Capacity Plan of Team Leader and Desk Collection to ensure portfolio are handled effectively
• Monitor Collection Team to ensure all the process in desk team is comply with guidelines and Standard Operating Procedure
• Work with training team to develop team member knowledge and skill as one of the strategy to improve team member performance
• Control the process to ensure Collection Incentives are fair, and prepared and submitted on time
• Resolve timely customer escalations
• Work with HR Team to ensure proper monitoring and fulfilment of TML.

We are looking for Talents with below qualities:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree, open from any major
• Having extensive working experience in leading a big team (> 100) with the same experience will be an advantage (open from sales, marketing, customer service, etc. similar)
• Minimum total 3 years experienced handling Collection
• Strong in managing people and business process
• Having a good communication skill, collaboration and detail oriented to data
• Comfortable with high target and agile environment
• Able to communicate in English will be an advantage
