Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review summary invoices report from tax team and ensure that withholding tax applied properly.
- Review for any new agreements with third parties to ensure that it is in line with finance and tax perspective.
- Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Assure tax plans are consistent with organizational goals
- Prepare periodic (quarterly) tax reports to headquarter.
- Manage and supervise for all monthly tax compliance, including tax payment and reports.
- Experience in cross country transaction.
- Maintains tax staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Inform superior and company related to any new tax regulations which impact to company and/or employees included train employee related individual income tax return.
- Coordinate and maintain communication with superior and sub-ordinate to get the best result and feedback related to tax and payroll.
- Coordinate with external consultant for any tax assignments (such as Transfer Pricing documentation, preparation Corporate Income Tax Return).
- Assist for quarterly financial statement.
- Maintain relationship with external parties (consultants and tax office).
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Involve in adhoc related projects.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree major in Accounting / Fiscal Administration (Tax Major)
- Proven work experience as a Tax Manager, minimal 7 years total working experience
- Strong knowledge about taxation regulation and accounting system
- Experience in tax strategy implementation and planning support
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Analytical skills with detail orientation
