Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead commercial projects to drive volume and profit within the sales organization
- Identify & drive key improvement areas through continuous communication between sales network, business process managers, stakeholders and IT to ensure full visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify a suitable solution and implement them through proper planning, risk analysis, and user testing
- Collaborate with sales network & training teams to drive business projects on the ground through standard project management practices & feedback
- Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement sales strategy on the ground
- Tracking and reporting of the progress of initiatives driven in the team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum University degree (Graduation) preferred and/or related experience
- At least 6 Years experience in driving process improvements and projects
- Knowledge of lean method of process improvements
- Knowledge of tools like Visio, MS Word, MS projects, Power point, Excel,
- Knowledge and experience in project management practices like PMP/ Prince 2
- Should have worked in sales business environment
- Exposure to senior management level interactions in the organization
- Good to have- Six sigma, Kaizen, PDCA knowledge will be an added advantage
