Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design words in the app based on the correct tone of voice and product theme.
- Maintain consistency in product copy (both English and Indonesian).
- Collaborate intensively with product managers, product designers, and illustrators in giving seamless user experience.
- Involve in user interviews with UX researchers to ensure a clear, customer-centric copy.
- Simplify complex business briefs from stakeholders into engaging words in the app.
- Ensure that all the product copy are aligned with our brand and marketing materials.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1 year of experience in copywriting (fresh graduates are welcomed).
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English (both in writing and speaking).
- An excellent listener and shows empathy for various kinds of users.
- Attention to detail while also keeping up with the dynamic environment.
- Self-driven and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Knows how to probe the right questions whenever lacking context.
